No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements. It was decent base for travelling to Tokyo, I was glad to stay there. Amiable staff, helped me a lot. Good location close enough to subway stations, multiple metro lines and convenience stores, pharmacies and wellness centres, bars and restaurants were next to the hotel. Minato district was worth visiting. Really enjoyed the attached restaurant, where I had dinner.
All was perfect.

All the staff was amiable and very helpful and we had a simple check in. They placed us in a double room which was fashionable and modern. It had a wide array of facilities, including a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card etc...

We thoroughly enjoyed great and unbeatable location of this place.
the room we had included a safe box, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a fridge. the bed was comfy, bidet worked well.

The beds were short but still comfy. Arrived way too early, had to wait for check-in. the room had USB shortage – surprise! the location is convenient, close to transportation hubs. the price point for room size was unbeatable. Need a dislike with a twist when it comes to the room's cleanliness. Overall, an okay stay—massage nearby is a must-try for sore travelers like me! Cheers from a sake-loving solo traveler with a knack for comfy pocket-size rooms.

As guests with families, we loved the early check-in option, excellent English-speaking staff, coin-operated laundry, and proximity to numerous restaurants. the hotel's modern design, comfortable beds, and effective air conditioning were also standout features. Despite being located in the heart of Akasaka, the rooms were surprisingly quiet.
Felt very welcomed, no complaints.

The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, with enough room for 2 large suitcases and a backpack. The location was convenient with plenty of eateries and shops nearby, and situated between two train stations that were under a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly, cheerful and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions we had. The free water and ice dispenser, as well as the payable self-serve laundry machine, were a great bonus. The wifi was reliable and provided great coverage throughout our stay.
While the lobby was a bit small and could get crowded, the biggest drawback was the lack of any complimentary refreshments in the room. Tea bags and bottled water were only available for purchase at the amenities bar, which seemed a bit unnecessary for a 3-night stay.

Hard to think of anything. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way.
